A Little About Me

My name is Daina and I am the creator, owner and operator of Poppy and Paintbrush Creative Studio. Together, with the loving support of my Husband, family and friends, I created Poppy and Paintbrush with the goal of inspiring creativity through arts and crafts of all kinds.

As a little girl, I remember spending time in my grandparents small attic studio, watching them create beautiful works of art. From stained glass to oil and water color painting, their creativity and appreciation for beauty and color was something they shared with me, and is now something that I strive to share with others.

In this fast paced era of technology, along with the many demands of daily life, it is both relaxing and rewarding to slow down and create something with your own hands. However, many miss out of the opportunity to create, due to the cost, and hassle of gathering and storing supplies. That’s where I come in.

Whether you are just beginning your arts and crafts journey or you’re a seasoned artist or crafter, I provide small, hands on projects that encourage creativity and confidence. From craft kits, to classes, exploring new hobbies, or doing something fun and new with your family and friends, it is my hope to provide you with a fun and creative experience!
