A Little About Me

My name is Daina and I am the face behind Poppy and Paintbrush. Wife, Mom and caregiver are a few of the hats I wear now, in addition to Poppy and Paintbrush.

A few things I love, besides just about all kinds of art, is teaching art! I love working with kids but I also love watching adults, especially the self proclaimed “not crafty people” find that they can, in fact be crafty, and discover a new creative way to express themselves!

I also love all things about the PNW, everything sunset, the ocean is my favorite place ever, I have a mild obsession with Starbucks tumblers (sunset colors of course) and Mac and cheese is my food staple.
